Whitney Crouse | Founding Partner Chairman
Once a consultant with Accenture. and a Rice University graduate, Whitney is a long-time member of the PGA of America. He is also a former member of Merion Golf Club where he joined as one of the youngest members of the club.
Whitney began his golf career managing resort properties on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. For the past fifteen years, he has been developing, building, and managing golf properties in Atlanta and in the southeast. He has written for Golf Digest, published two golf books, and is a Past President of the Georgia Golf Course Owners Association.

Steve Willy | Founding Partner President
Steve is a PGA member with thirty years of experience managing all types of golf clubs in every region of the United States. Before joining Mosaic, Steve was Director of Operations for Evergreen Alliance Golf Ltd. While at Evergreen, Steve was responsible for the management and operation of sixteen different facilities, including resort, daily fee, semi-private and private clubs.
Steve is extremely experienced in the day-to-day operations of golf facilities and oversees all of Mosaic’s operations including accounting, budgeting, human resources, advertising and marketing, food and beverage, and golf course maintenance.

Hud Hinton | Mosaic Partner
Hud is the former Chief Executive Officer of Troon Golf, overseeing its growth from 25 properties to 150+ clubs in the U.S. and overseas and establishing the company as the largest club management company in the world.
Prior to his involvement with Troon, Hud served as Executive Vice President for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, responsible for Starwood’s managed and franchised hotels. There he played a key role in updating the Sheraton, Westin, and St. Regis brands, overseeing $2 billion in revenues. Earlier in his hospitality career, Hud was General Manager of two of the most prestigious hotels in the world: the acclaimed Plaza Hotel in New York City and the Mobil 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix.

Keith Haslam | Managing Director Braemar Golf
A leisure and tourism management graduate (BA Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University, Keith has 25 years’ experience in the golf resort and club development and management business. He began his career at the world-famous Gleneagles Resort in Scotland before joining Braemar in 2003. Since then, he has advised, constructed and managed golf course projects on five continents and in countries such as Cuba, Russia, China, Fiji, Bahrain, Spain, Portugal and the Home of Golf, St Andrews.
Keith expertise is in all phases of club development and management including feasibility, concept and design, business planning, construction, pre-opening and ongoing operations.
Bremar is Mosaic’s partner in Asia and Europe.

Tom Ridge | Mosaic Partner Senior Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Mosaic, Tom was a General Manager with American Golf Corporation for nine years. While there, he managed many clubs, including the four City of Atlanta municipal golf courses. The company named him Manager of the Year for his remarkable work at making his clubs so profitable.
Tom’s expertise lies in developing strategies that both drive top line revenue and find efficiencies and savings on the cost side of the equation. He is our profitability expert. Tom is skilled in all departments of club management including forecasting, developing budgets and creating a positive atmosphere for our company members.

Lucretia Duba | Principal Controller
Lucretia is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting. An avid numbers lover, Lucretia is known within Mosaic as being the last to leave the office daily.
Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked in residential construction managing and overseeing all financial aspects of Mosaic Golf Partners. Prior to that she was the vice president and controller of an oil analysis company where she established new systems and controls and managed the accounting and human resource departments. Her experience also includes managing accounting departments for commercial real estate management, residential construction and sports licensing companies.

Ashley Byrd | Mosaic Principal Director of Agronomy & Construction
A 25-year member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, Ashley is a graduate of the noted Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College where he received a degree in turf management. Prior to joining Mosaic, Ashley was the superintendent at several prestigious resorts and private clubs on the east coast.
Ashley assists Mosaic’s superintendents in the areas of cost management, safety training, group buying plans, governmental compliance, and developing new strategies to strengthen Mosaic’s maintenance practices companywide. He is responsible for ensuring our superintendents share best practices and assist each other when the need arises.

Kaitlin Looby | Mosaic Partner Director of Marketing
Prior to joining Mosaic, Kaitlin worked as a marketing specialist for the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa Bay Storm. Her experience also includes work for Fore Georgia, the official news publication of the Georgia PGA.
Kaitlin is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing where she helped earn her chapter numerous awards including a “National Award of Excellence”. With experience in many realms of marketing including media buying, event promotion, public relations, and budget and project management, Kaitlin maximizes the employment of our advertising budgets and is one of the young wizards of the digital age.
